** Vertra will accept returns / exchanges for items within 30 days of shipping date, depending on product concern. Damage due to wear and tear will not be refunded.

• Our Ehukai Beige Sunscreen Face Stick SPF 38 is a Medium Beige with Neutral undertones and is our most popular, universal tint. 
• Our Coolangatta Sunscreen Face Stick SPF 35 x Mick Fanning is Medium Beige with Cool (Pink) undertones and is slightly lighter than our Ehukai Beige Face Stick.
• Our Kona Gold Sunscreen Face Stick SPF 38 x Shane Dorian is a Medium Tan with Warm (Yellow) undertones and is slightly darker than our Ehukai Beige Face Stick.
• Our Pearl White Sunscreen Face Stick SPF 50+ leaves a noticeable white cast but can be rubbed in for a more natural look.
• Our Invisible Sunscreen Face Stick SPF 45 appears clear, so it works for just about any skin tone. Color may vary due to natural ingredients - ranging from clear to yellow. This does not affect the efficacy of the product. 
• Our Sensitive Sunscreen Face Stick SPF 30 blends in clear on most skin types.

There is no product testing done to investigate efficacy post expiration date, therefore we don’t recommend using any sunscreen product once it’s expired.

You should receive your tracking number when the order ships out. You can input this tracking number into the carrier’s website to check shipping status.

After we ship your order, the carrier becomes responsible for the package. Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number and other relevant information.

Your order should ship within 3-5 business days after it’s placed. You will then receive your tracking number via email or text, indicating the order is on its way.
