Item Application
Hand sanitizer to help reduce bacteria that potentially can cause disease. For use when soap and water are not available. Place enough product on hands to cover all surfaces. Rub hands together until dry. Supervise children under 6 years of age when using this product to avoid swallowing.

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a replacement or refund. Vertra will accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of shipping date for exchange or credit only. Damage due to wear and tear will not be refunded. Vertra cannot offer refunds for used products.
Please email hello@vertra.com with your order number to obtain a return authorization. All returns must be sent to the following address: YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
