This means that 70% or more of the ingredients included in our Sensitive Face Stick SPF 30 are Certified Organic. How to Extend the Life of Your Sunscreen Face Stick: Our Sunscreen Face Sticks are formulated differently than other sunscreens, which is what gives them their cosmetic quality and unrivaled pigments, textures, and comfort. Like cosmetic concealers and lipsticks, our face sticks will melt and/or change color if left in unsuitable conditions for extended periods of time. Due to their unique ingredients, our Face Sticks: ● Should be kept out of direct heat and sunlight ● Should be stored in a cool, dry place in an upright position ○ Storing the face stick on its side or upside down after being exposed to heat can cause the stick to fall out or become stuck in the cap ● Should be opened in an upright position ○ Otherwise, the stick may fall out, if opened upside down |

Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for a replacement or refund. Vertra will accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of shipping date for exchange or credit only. Damage due to wear and tear will not be refunded. Vertra cannot offer refunds for used products.
Please email hello@vertra.com with your order number to obtain a return authorization. All returns must be sent to the following address: YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
